Training Center and Rental Information
Welcome to the Celadon Training Center! If you're here, chances are you're interested in seeing what our business is all about. Below you'll find an up to date listing of our services, our Pokémon, and a price listing so you can budget your time here. Got any questions? Just leave a message here, and we'll see what we can do.
NOTICE: The Training Center is now OPEN! You can now drop by any time.
Overview of Services:
Membership Passes:
Here at the Training Center, we've got something for everybody. But because we're a business, we can't run it without your support. In order to keep running a smooth show, we do charge entrance fees. Passes range from weekly to year-long, so if you're tight on cash, don't sweat it; you can always pick up a long-term membership later on. Here's the general price range...
Weekly Pass - P1750
Biweekly Pass - P3150
Monthly Pass: P5500
Year-long Membership: P52,000
With a pass, you can come and go as you please. Our services are open to you up until the membership expires, and when it does, renewal is quick and easy. Just give us a call, and you're good to go.
Battle Training:
So, chances are you're here for one main reason: to train your Pokémon without all the setbacks from wild battles, gyms, and random trainers. Lucky for you, we've got a huge selection of level 100 Pokémon with a wide variety of types. That might sound a little intimidating, but don't sweat it; we've got different difficulty ranges, so if you want to boost your level five Pidgey, we've got you covered.
There are three main difficulty levels.
For beginners, our Pokémon will take it nice and easy. They'll act more like punching bags and saprring partners, using very few attacks. We recommend this service for Pokémon below level 50, since even a weak attack could do heavy damage if you're not prepared.
The next level cranks things up a notch. The Pokémon will attack, but they'll stick to weaker moves-- just enough to keep your team on their toes. While the challenge is great and all, you probably don't want to pick this level unless your Pokémon's at level fifty or above.
Now, if you're after a real challenge, there's the All-Out option. Want a serious fight? The Pokémon will deliver. Each one has a massive selection of moves, making them completely unpredictable. They won't pull any punches, either, so unless you're willing to take risks, you shouldn't go all out unless your Pokémon's at least level 70.
Private Training:
If you don't have time to stick around, you can always drop off a few of your Pokémon for a private training session. They'll be treated as guests and have access to all our facilities even after hours. Plus, they'll be able to battle on their own schedule even when you're not around. The only catch is that the prices are a bit steeper. The longer your Pokémon stays, the more costly it gets, since we have to cover food and board and any medical issues that might pop up. Also, we aren't going to raise your Pokémon for you, so the longest you can leave them here is a month.
A week at the training center costs P10000. Two weeks cost P17000, and a month costs P31000. Might be a little steep, but remember that we're basically taking care of your Pokémon for you, and that doesn't come cheap.
Rentals:
Out of town but still want to train? Or maybe you're looking to expand your breeding pool. The good news is, the Training Center offers a rental service. Just contact us, and we'll set you up with a Pokémon via the nearest Pokémon Center. More information can be found below our roster.
Fitness and Recreation:
You don't have to be into battles to swing by the Center. We've set up a play area for younger Pokémon, and our water arena doubles as a swimming pool, just to give a few ideas of what else we've got to offer. Here's a map showing all our current areas, and more's soon to come!
[An image pops up containing a rough floorplan. All areas in the linked post are covered, with empty or restricted areas clearly marked.]

Rental Services:
So, I've mentioned rentals a few times. Like I said before, if you're a trainer on the go, we can set you up with one of our Pokémon for about a week. But before you get too excited, there are a few restrictions:
First, don't even think about using them in Gyms. This service is to improve your teams, not take advantage of mine, so if you even try to use them to earn badges, they won't obey. Period.
Second, you can only rent one Pokémon at a time unless you make special arrangements in advance. Breeders have a little more liberty, and I'm more than happy to set you up with a pair if you want, but otherwise, we can't have one trainer hogging our roster.
You can only hold onto the Pokémon for a week. Any longer than that, and you'll be charged P5000 for every extra day. And I'll be giving the local authorities a heads-up if you try to dodge the late fees. Have fun with that.
But, like I said, rentals aren't limited to trainers. If you're a breeder, we've got plenty of souped up Pokémon. Great for egg moves, not to mention that some of these guys are pretty rare. Other serives include transportation, construction, cleaning... and if you have any other ideas, we can talk it over. As a general rule of thumb...
Newbie Options:
Price: P500 - P1000 depending on the Pokémon requested.
- Transportation, level assistance, protection
The newbie rate is only available to trainers and breeders who've been here for under a month.
Full Options:
Price: P5000 - P10,000, depending on the Pokémon and the service. As a general rule of thumb, I'll charge more if you plan on breeding my more powerful or rare Pokémon.
- Transportation, level assistance, protection, breeding, construction, etc
Reduced Options:
Price: P2500 - P6000.
- Transportation, protection, level assistance. Cannot be used for breeding. If you want to do something that isn't listed, let me know, and I'll think about it.
Anyway, onto the roster. Below you'll find our current list of rental Pokémon. Prices vary depending on tier. If there's a Pokémon from our main roster that you can't live without, I can make special arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Just know that some, like Terror and Quake, will never be available for rent. They're just too dangerous.
Low Tier:

These cost P500 for newbies, P2500 for reduced options, and P5000 for the whole package.
Mid Tier:

These cost P750 for newbies, P4500 for reduced options, P7500 for the whole package.
High Tier:

These cost P1000 for newbies, P6000 for reduced options, and P10,000 for the whole package.
Be sure to keep your eyes on the roster listing if you're not sure if a Pokémon's available. Otherwise, you can go ahead and contact us by phone or PokéGear.
Battle Against Riku:
I'm on the road a lot, but if you ever catch me in town, I'm always up for a challenge. Usually I go for a six-on-six fight, but if you want to work with smaller teams, double battles, or some other set-up, I'm pretty flexible. Below you'll find some of the teams I use:
Main Team:

This is my favorite team and easily some of my toughest Pokémon. Sometimes I'll rotate a few of these guys out, but it's usually pretty consistent.
Secondary Team:

Speed Demons:

Powerhouse:

Special Sweepers:

Tanks:

Special Shields:

Surge tends to slip into other forms, so watch out. As for which forms he uses when? I'll leave that up to your imagination.
[spoilers: Wash and Heat Rotom are the most frequent forms.]
Original Crew:

Fighting Fury:

Flying High:

Darkmatter:

[NOTE: Riku's team doesn't operate based on vocal commands, so trainers battling his team will need to think fast. They typically make their own decisions in battle or take commands via gestures an whistles. It doesn't make them unbeatable, but it isn't the standard battle style seen in Pokémon, so I thought I'd make note of it.]
