Hmm... Well, that depends what you like, I guess. Olivine's beach is pretty nice, especially if you can find a quiet spot to yourself. But if you're not really a fan of the water, Ecruteak is also peaceful, and there's plenty around to do even if you don't want to sit back and enjoy the day.
