Well, apparently Cobra's been gathering volunteers to help him with something for a while. He's not going to be the only one attacking. I have no idea which places they're going to be targeting or who. Though if explosions are involved, I'd suspect Dr. Kato, since he got a TM for Explosion and that will only spell trouble. He's crazy.
I can try making a list of things I know that might be useful. Though if you want to meet the one helping out, we're both currently in Celadon.
