Anyway, Yusuke might be cracking a (rather snide) joke about how useless the police here are, but that doesn't change the fact that their uselessness actually really, really ticks him off. There's nothing worse than people in positions of power who don't use that power the way they ought to - in fact, that's exactly the type of person Yusuke generally tries not to be in his Spirit Detective work, not because he's trying to be some kind of hot-shot hero, but because it'd be shitty for him to act in any other way. After all, back where he's from, there is no "no death clause". If he fucks up, people could die - including the people he cares about most.
So yeah, even if the fact that nobody can die here makes the stakes a little less high in this world than they are back in his own, he can get behind the idea of the PGC doing the job the police aren't doing based on the fact that less people will get hurt as a result - hell, that actually piques his interest even more. Have a few more points in your favor for being one of the folks behind that kind of operation, Riku.]
Does the PGC operate out of one place, or are your, uh, troops spread out?
