Oh no, not at all. Some of them have certain... tendencies towards behavior that humans don't like, but they're not human. Some of them never were anything resembling human in the first place even if they have humanlike forms, so you can't expect them to conform to human preferences.

Alice is a demon that looks like a little girl. Blond hair, a blue dress, nice black shoes... she looks like the sort to have tea parties or play with small animals. There's a few ideas where she came from - either a book or a girl who died. Either way, once she became a demon, she... adopted certain tendencies towards violence if someone doesn't play with her, and even then her games are violent. But she's not human anymore, even if she looks like she is, and expecting her to behave in a way that's logical and 'humanlike' is just ridiculous. That doesn't mean she's evil - it just means that her morality and actions aren't the same as human morality and actions.
