PGC filer;

Lightning and Hope are gone, which leaves us without leaders. That also cuts our numbers down to ten.

So, my question for your guys is "what next?" I don't think we should disband; just a quick look at the network will show that goons like Cobra are still at large. Still, we're gonna need some structural changes. New leaders, possibly new squads, and, more importantly, new members.

I guess I just want to know what you think. I don't know every one of you personally, but the PGC is supposed to be a team, so everyone should have a chance at giving feedback. I think if we sort out our strengths and weaknesses, that could help us with restructuring. It might be better to have multiple leaders so that if anyone disappears, there's people to fall back on. Maybe each squad can have one, beats me.

I'm gonna throw up an anonymous message in a sec to see about gathering newbies, though. If you've got friends you'd like to recommend, might as well bring them up now.

[Shortly after the PGC message pops up, a second message appears:]

How about stopping the Rockets in their tracks? Making them pay for all the damage they've caused. Does that sound good to you?

i have kind of been looking for something to do anyway.
since i may as well be retired at this point, it feels like.

Anyway, no point in acting all shady around you, so I'll just get to the point: I'm part of a team that's dedicated to stopping Team Rocket, and we're looking for newbies.

[John just laughs as he responds with video as well.]

I should have known it was you. And hey, you're as old as you feel, you know? It works both ways.

[That...probably says more about John than anything he's ever said about anything ever. Between mentally repeating years and going through more than any kid his age rightly should, John is sometimes surprised to remember that he's only on the brink of seventeen.]

Well, you up for helping out with the PGC? We're running short on members, and if we're gonna stand a chance against the Rockets, we kind of have to bolster our squads.

You've got a tough team and seem like the kinda guy who'd pump some enthusiasm into the group. We could really use more of that.

[Besides, John's just a cool dude. The PGC needs more friendly faces.]

As long as it doesn't involve me having to move. I wasn't kidding about the retirement thing, Rose and I have a house now and everything.

[They are super domestic. What happened.]

But other than that, heck yeah I'm up for it.

Moving won't be an issue. You might have to travel, but I'd have to be nuts to force you to relocate.

[He waves one of his hands. Nah, it's cool.]

Travel I can do, no problem. And I if you ever need a temporary base of operations or something in Ecruteak, my door is open for that. We have lots of room.

[Because John likes company.]

Ecruteak might not be bad in the future. My only concern's the recent Rocket bombing; you think it'd be safe to hold a meeting up there?

[It'd be nice, but who knows if there aren't Rockets still up there?]

Well maybe not right this second, when you put it that way. [Plus he...has a lot of company over right now. Some of which might not be the best to hold super secret meetings around ~~Jake English~~.] So in the future, yeah. I mean the house hopefully isn't going anywhere and this organization is going to be around for a while, yeah?

Unless we all disappear tomorrow, you've got nothing to worry about. Given my track record, I'll probably be here 'til I'm fifty, anyway.

So just let me know whenever. Rose and I are going to be going out of town this weekend and we won't be back until sometime next month but those are really the only plans I have in the near future, so.

[Shrug.]

Ha, with Valentine's Day coming so soon, we'd be better off holding the meeting closer to the end of next month. Gives us time to sort out the roster and for me to touch base with all the newbies.

[He pauses, giving John a thumbs up.]

Hehe, gosh you sure know how to make a guy feel special, Riku. [He sticks his tongue out playfully before continuing.] Anyway, that sounds good to me. Just give me a time and a place and I will be there.
