Lightning and Hope are gone, which leaves us without leaders. That also cuts our numbers down to ten.

So, my question for your guys is "what next?" I don't think we should disband; just a quick look at the network will show that goons like Cobra are still at large. Still, we're gonna need some structural changes. New leaders, possibly new squads, and, more importantly, new members.

I guess I just want to know what you think. I don't know every one of you personally, but the PGC is supposed to be a team, so everyone should have a chance at giving feedback. I think if we sort out our strengths and weaknesses, that could help us with restructuring. It might be better to have multiple leaders so that if anyone disappears, there's people to fall back on. Maybe each squad can have one, beats me.

I'm gonna throw up an anonymous message in a sec to see about gathering newbies, though. If you've got friends you'd like to recommend, might as well bring them up now.

What does this world mean to you? Do you think it's something worth protecting, or would you rather sit on the sidelines and watch it burn? This place is more than sunshine and Pokémon battles. If given the choice to make a difference, would you take it?

[He remembers Lightning doing something like this before. He'll just have to keep his fingers crossed that it works.]

Trust me, they're more than willing, they're eager. And I don't really blame them.

Hmmm... I'll need quite a bit of information. Pokemon team statistics, who they've worked with in the past, any skills outside of training that can be useful, that sort of thing. But if I have all that, I think I can handle it.

I plan on heading out to meet them all personally once I get the chance. Figure it's better than relying on text alone.

That's a good plan, but I'd like to meet them in person as well, particularly if I'm going to be serving in a leadership capacity. Do you think we might be able to organize a group-wide meeting? Preferably outside of Goldenrod. It's used too often for things like that, and the Rocket presence is too strong there. Saffron might be better.

Don't worry. I've been planning on calling a meeting once we get everything sorted out and once I touch base with all our potentials. I thought about using Light's old house in Olivine, since I'm one of the few people left with access to the place. My only concern's that Lightning made it onto Cobra's hit list once.

Which means he might be having it watched. And if a large group of people start meeting there, well, we all know that's going to set off some warning bells if the Rockets catch wind of it.

Any ideas on how to get around that? Staggering arrivals, perhaps? Setting our own counter-spies?

I have another thought: we could meet somewhere that's sparsely populated-- some place like the Ilex Forest. It'd be a pain to head that far back, but it's out of the way, it's huge, and it'd be a grate way to ditch any pursuers.

That's an idea. Someplace outside of the cities where it wouldn't be too big of a hassle to get everyone together...

What about the National Park? The bug catching contests aren't running right now, so it's much less busy than usual, but it's still a tourist spot so nobody will think twice about a bunch of people showing up there.

You know, that might be even better. Goldenrod's so populated, that it'd lend itself to a huge gathering. I know a good handful of our potentials live down there, and I've got others up in Ecruteak and Mahogany. Both are... well, they're sort of close, Ecruteak more than Mahogany.

Me and the girls are in Mahogany, so if it comes down to it we can offer rides to the meeting. I think we might be able to make this work.

I don't mind lending a few Pokémon myself, so I don't just think it'll work. I'd say it's almost guaranteed to.

It's just a matter of wrangling the members who don't see this message and making sure they know what's going on.

I can craft individual messages for each member and prospect, to be sent directly to their gears. That should ensure they know what's going on.

As long as it's not too much trouble. Gotta admit, it'd take a load off of my back with all the traveling I'm gonna have to do.
