Lightning and Hope are gone, which leaves us without leaders. That also cuts our numbers down to ten.

So, my question for your guys is "what next?" I don't think we should disband; just a quick look at the network will show that goons like Cobra are still at large. Still, we're gonna need some structural changes. New leaders, possibly new squads, and, more importantly, new members.

I guess I just want to know what you think. I don't know every one of you personally, but the PGC is supposed to be a team, so everyone should have a chance at giving feedback. I think if we sort out our strengths and weaknesses, that could help us with restructuring. It might be better to have multiple leaders so that if anyone disappears, there's people to fall back on. Maybe each squad can have one, beats me.

I'm gonna throw up an anonymous message in a sec to see about gathering newbies, though. If you've got friends you'd like to recommend, might as well bring them up now.

He's actually pretty close by. One of our members has touched base with them in person, and we're planning to meet to discuss it in more detail.

Basically, it's in the works. Just have to sit down with them and see what else they can tell me.

I hope you have a few questions already prepared. Even if they do wish to help as much as they can, there might be a few details they'd not consider important enough to mention unless you ask directly about them.

Have other Rockets have expressed strong interest in or disapproval of the operation? Is Cobra more upset than is customary at anyone these days? Does he communicate with those other Rockets in person, or over the Gear? Defining a more precise range of targets along with potential participants would be useful.

[When Riku reappears, it's with a notepad, and he proceeds to jot down all these questions before responding.]

Good start. As far as targets go, I can't speak much about the cities they plan to bomb, but I know that in the past, Cobra's whipped up a list of specific targets-- trainers like us. Might be worth checking into that list and seeing if it's still one of his priorities.

You'd think they'd learn that attacking individuals who have the power and intention to fight them only creates more resistance, especially in a world where no one can be killed. Does he attack those targets openly, or can he actually act subtly if he wishes it?

He used to make big, bombastic broadcasts about it, but these days he's been a lot quieter. Almost too quiet, if you ask me.

Let us hope not. The ones that can plan are the most dangerous by far, especially if their plans take their enemies' decisions into account.
