[The feed begins with a series of snapshots. It starts with images of a war-torn battlefield lined with giant crystals, Team Aqua and Magma grunts and hordes of Pokémon and trainers alike.]

This world isn't safe.

[The images shift. New snapshots appear of Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, taken from a safe distance above, but distinct in that they are indeed giant, glowing monsters.]

What happened last week is proof of that. You may all be content to enjoy a carefree lifestyle, but if it weren't for divine intervention, life as we know it would have ended with a whimper.

Together, we were able to hold off Team Aqua and Magma's forces, but the battle doesn't end there. If you could make a difference in the protection of this world, would you do it?

[The message ends there. About a half hour later, another text appears on the network, this time from a non-anonymous source.]

So, I think we all learned something valuable from that mess down at Tohjo: Don't summon giant lizards and whales to start the apocalypse. God doesn't like it.

There's a lot I could say. It was a busy few days, but if you look past all the legendaries, the explosions, and those cornball teams, there are two things that stick out to me: the weird power up some of our Pokémon got and the Pokémon god himself.

[Case in point? Here's an image of a Mega Sharpedo getting punched in the nose by a Mega Charizard X.]

So, what do you guys think that power was? Did any of you get a straight answer from Arceus? And how about that fairy type?

i've got a pretty impressive resume of butt whooping and world saving (or at least attempting to)!! and i'm sure i'll do fiiiine. i mean friendship is totally great!!

more like what DON'T i have to offer!!! but okay, i've been fighting forces of the undead for as long as i can remember, so i can survive a lot of stuff!!! that and i ride a pegasus back home, so i'm SUPER GREAT at aerial combat and stuff like that.

and i will look SUPER COOL while doing it all. you will be inspired like you won't believe! everyone will be like "aw holy fishsticks, we need to be as cool as that glorious heroine over there!!!!" and i'll be all "not to worry, citizens!! justice will prevail!!!!!!"

On second thought, maybe that last one was pushing it.

But hey, you got spunk. Just make sure you don't go overboard with the flashiness. When dealing with Team Rocket, sometimes it pays to be subtle.

mostly just zombies! i mean we called them risen but yeah, it was never as super evil grudgingly coll as a vampire zombie ghost would.

...oh. haha. yeah. about.... that....

Better watch out around next Halloween. Maybe there actually will be vampire zombie ghosts.

Technically the team is evil. Most of their members are nuts, and they are a criminal organization.

But some people end up there by chance. Guess it all depends on if you're the mustache twirling, destruction-loving type or if you just grabbed the short straw.

...oh...

well, if it is a short straw, you've gotta make lemonade with those lemons!! and stick that straw in there!!! so i think i could give you insider info on what Team Mustache Twirler is up to!!!!!!!

Okay, that is the best thing I've heard all day. Just be careful about keeping under the radar. Last time a mole got outed, they kinda went overboard with the punishment.

Just don't get too cocky. Experience has taught me that it's easier to flub when you let your confidence get outta control.

Well, after the way you handled that huge mess at Tohjo, I doubt you'll have too much to worry about.

Ha, I get it. Stiff's fine in small doses or if there's some kinda balance. I know I wouldn't want to spend all my time with someone who deadpans at everything and hates the world.

there isn't much that a punch in the kisser can't solve, when it comes to this kind of thing!

and yeah, i think there are some people who act stiff but are a lot more fun deep down. you just never know until you know!

But what about a kick? Or a whack with a heavy, blunt object?

And I guess that's true. Guess you just gotta know how to bring that fun side up to the surface.

oh well exactly! there's more than one way to solve a problem, after all.
