27 - video/action for Goldenrod;

[The video begins with a shot of a drooling Aerodactyl with bloodshot eyes and a bit of raw meat hanging out of her mouth. She's right in the corner of the room, hissing and growling. Fortunately, she isn't rushing forward to attack just yet. Instead, he's tearing through her meat like a wild animal, baring her fangs every once in a while... at least until a little puffball of a Swablu gets too close.

At that moment, there's a terrifying GYAAAAAAAAAR! She leaps forward and thrashes about, knocking over some furniture in pursuit of the frantic little bird. Luckily, a ThunderPunch from Flare sends her back into the corner, moaning in agony.

Sighing, Riku picks up his PokéGear. Those watching may notice that there's a Swablu preening his hair, much to his dismay.]

It's a wonder I still put up with her.

[He shakes his head.]

Anyway, looks like I ended up with a Swablu. Not sure what to do with her, but I'll... figure something out.

[When he's not trying to feed his horrifying monsterbeast, anyway.]

Halloween's coming up, so I'll probably be hanging around Goldenrod for the next few weeks. Still gotta pick out a costume-- and that's if I even dress up this year. I still get the feeling there's some kind of catch. Remember the MISSINGNO.'s from last year?

But who knows? Maybe we'll get off easy this time.

[He shrugs. And after giving Terror one more glance, he adds--]

Hey, anyone else have an Aerodactyl?

[With that, he'll be heading out to explore the town. Buy some TMs, get some more meat for his army of monsterbeasts, and maybe do some training. He can be found just about anywhere in Goldenrod with his team close by. Yes, that means a very large Charizard, Blastoise, Haunter, Umbreon and Tyranitar are all out of their balls. Beware?]

[Pff, man. That'd be something alright.]

Yeah? I mean. There are Pokemon Professors right? So why not Pokemon therapists?

Still, I wonder if they'd have the patience for a flesh eating dinosaur.

Maybe we'll find one! Can't give up now, yeah? I'm sure she can still be tamed.

Better to try than get my arm ripped off, I guess.

...You know, I kind of want to try taming your Aerodactyl, but I'm not sure how she's going to react to change. Or another Aerodactyl, for that matter.

Can't say she's bumped into another of her species before. Wonder how she'd take it...

[It's interesting to think about.]

Wouldn't hurt to try, right?

Could give it a shot, anyway. Don't know if you're in Goldenrod, but that's where I'm at.

Oh, cool! I'm staying at Goldenrod too! We could meet up!

[A pause, as he scans the room for Terror's Pokéball.]

Just gotta warn you. Terror's pretty huge, and you might want some other Pokémon with you, just in case.

[He's definitely going to take more than just the scarydactyl.]

Don't worry. Puchi's always with me, so are Junior and Castella... 'cept she's just really really shy.

Where do you wanna meet up? And when, if now isn't a good time.

Might as well do it now. Better than sitting around and getting nothing done.

Anyway, could meet in the center of town. Or down by one of the routes.

Mm, I'm cool with that. Maybe somewhere close to Route 34 would be good? I don't think meeting inside the town with two potentially dangerous Pokemon that can go on a rampage is a bright idea, actually...

Sounds good. At least then we'll be far enough from the city to avoid any serious damage.

Yep! [grinning because he's proud he thought of that.]

My name's Marui Bunta, by the way! I'll be by the exit to Route 34 in a few~

Name's Riku. Anyway, I'll see you there.

[And Riku will be hanging out along the route with his oversized Charizard and Rotom chilling close by, while he tosses Terror's ball up and down.]

I'm on my way, Riku!

[He ends the video feed and heads toward Route 34. Anko and Castella's pokeballs are in his pocket, and Puchi, his Munchlax, and Junior, an Ivysaur, are following him close by.

When he reaches route 34, he spots Riku fairly easily and waves his arm to catch his attention.]

Heeey~ Hey, Riku!

[And Riku will give a small wave back before approaching him and his Pokémon.

Flare and Surge follow closely behind. Quite the contrast with these two, what with one being a seven foot dragon and the other a one-foot ghost.]

Hey.

Hello! It's nice to see you! Better in person than through the 'Gears, actually.

[and then Marui salutes the Charizard and the Rotom.]

Nice to meet you too! These're mine. Puchi [he gestures at the Munchlax, who waves back at everyone.] and Tensai Junior. [the Ivysaur just grunts and plops down on the ground.]

...Don't mind him, he likes lying down and watching, but he's a really great fighter!

[Flare snorts, making a sort of peace sign with his claws before taking a seat. And Surge... makes some weird, computerized noises. Either way, they both look pretty content with the company, as does Riku.]

In that case, these guys are Flare and Surge. They're basically the ones who keep Terror in line.

[Surge spins around at that, uttering a soft, ""

Riku smirks, shaking his head as he looks down at Terror's ball.]

Hopefully she's still worn down and won't be too much of an issue.

Mm, they do look like they can take an Aerodactyl down. They're probably level 100 too, huh?

Well... if you haven't given her a potion since Flare's punch from the video, she's probably still recovering from it...

[Marui pulls Anko's pokeball from his pocket, and holds it up.]

This is Anko... Should I let her out first? She isn't as hostile, like I said, but she does get rowdy at times.

Go ahead. Probably better if she comes out first, since she's not as dangerous.

[It's a good thing she hasn't figured out how to break out of her ball because of it. Riku steps back, waiting to see this other 'dactyl.]

Alright, here goes-

[As soon as Marui releases her, Anko spreads her wings wide and announces her presence with a loud screech. She settles beside Marui, making Puchi scramble to front and center. She stands tall and proud, even though she hasn't grown to an Aerodactyl's full height, and she's eyeing the unfamiliar trainer and his pokemon. She then lowers her head, snarling, and curls a winged arm around Marui protectively.]

Anko, it's alright, they're friends. We're not here to battle. [Marui reaches up to scratch under her chin, which makes her drop her defensive posture and makes a sound like a purr.] Good girl, good girl. Now go say hello to Riku and his friends.

[Anko then shows off her 'training' by facing Riku and his pokemon, then bowing low.]

Man, that's impressive.

[A well behaved Aerodactyl? And here Riku thought they were all vicious, bloodthirsty beasts.

Well, after a moment's hesitation he'll let Terror out of her ball.

Right as she's released, Terror lets out a horrifying, sharp roar! She spreads her wings open wide, bares her teeth, and glares at Riku and Marui with bloodshot eyes. She then glances at Anko with narrowed eyes, hissing. She's not quite as aggressive towards her fellow Aerodactyl, but she's not exactly jumping for joy either.]
