	It pushes the tips of its two tails against the foe, then lets loose with over 20,000 volts of power. As its electric charge amplifies, blue sparks begin to crackle between its horns. Info: Egotistical and brash, Ouja enjoys playing tricks on people. It could be as simple as leaving a bucket of water on the door or swapping around the other Pokémon's food. He knows he's a nuisance but doesn't exactly care. And why? Because he's the best, duh. And the best can do whatever they want. Ouja's tendency to use electric attacks without provocation makes him potentially dangerous at all times. He seems to have a soft spot for Ace, oddly, though she insists it's one-sided.
