Well, first of all, gathering all the information we have on Team Rocket would probably be a good start. The Gears save posts to the network, right? We can start there, gather up any threats that have been made and then have them on hand to show newcomers that they are an active group. Next would be... newspapers and stuff like that. We did have them hijack a train that one time- that was in the news.

After that... I guess it's just a matter of setting up a system to make sure that the information keeps flowing. I almost want to say have someone stay in the area to tell people but... That'd make them an easy target for Rocket.

Hmm, it's just a matter of how we'd do it. Locking it to the Corps will limit our resources, but we can't be too open about it. Wish there was some way to filter against all known Rocket Members, but I doubt it's possible.

[Ugh, what a pain... everything's gotta be so complicated.]

All I can think of is having some kind of... open forum, I guess. Or a bulletin board, but we'd have to make it frequent enough to get the word out.

Do you think it'd be possible to station someone out there? It might be good to get a feel for the kinds of people who are showing up here, too.

We'd probably need sentries at Goldenrod and New Bark Town, that way we can figure out who's popping in as Rocket Members and who's been brought in as a Trainer or Breeder.

The question is, who'd be willing to put up with how dull New Bark is?

...Pokemon are pretty smart, right?

Most of the time, and some are smarter than others.

It's an idea, right? If it's a common enough Pokemon, then any Rocket snooping wouldn't be able to pin them to any one trainer, either.

We could even switch whatever Pokemon is down there, actually... I don't know. It's an idea.

Hmm, what about using a Zorua or Zoroark? They can disguise themselves with illusions, so all we'd need to do is have it make itself look like your run of the mill Pidgey long enough to gather intel.

...I have bad luck with Zoroark...

Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I've got a Zoroark back in Celadon. I could probably convince her to stand watch, but she's... kinda more interested in pranks than anything else.

[Which could be funny in theory. See a Rocket? Dump a bucket of water on their heads, but it's not the most subtle method.]

I guess we can do a check with the other members and see if they have more calm types... I'll look up where they tend to be in the wild too and see if I can't catch some that way although I might just have to do it the long way with going to the breeding center.
